- Assessment of new aged care facility in Wellington Road, Portland.

Position Paper on policy for coastal development along Portland-Narrawong Coast.
Planning scheme correction amendments.
Substantially assist implementation of Glenelg Shire Heritage Study 2006 (C55).
Substantially assist implementation of Glenelg Sustainable Settlement Strategy 2012 (C73).
Worked with consultants on preparation of:
• Glenelg Sustainable Settlement Strategy 2012 (GSSS) (Consultant Marc Bartsch)
• Glenelg Shire Municipal Strategic Framework Plan (included in Council Plan 2013/14 - 2016/17)
• LPPF rewrite (C75) (Consultant Marc Bartsch of Australia Planning Group)
• Flood Overlays (C74) (Consultant Chris Harty)

Regional projects
Contributed to development of Regional Growth Plan for Great South Coast Region (Vic).
On Technical Reference Group for 'South West Victorian Landscape Assessment Study 2013' (Planisphere).

Implementation of Flood Data Transfer Project (FDTP) (C5).
Worked with consultants on preparation of:
• Interim Development Plans for Hamilton DPO areas (consultants Trevor Budge and Marc Bartsch of Parsons Brinckerhoff)
• Urban Design Frameworks (UDF’s) for seven small towns.
